How we check facts

Last updated: 2026-10-13

Arrival card rules change often, sometimes with little notice. This page explains how ArrivalCardGuide keeps its guides accurate and what we do when we get something wrong.

Where information comes from

  • The official government portal or immigration notice for each country comes first.
  • Where an official page cannot be reached, we use reporting from established news and travel sources and say so on the page.
  • We do not copy text from other websites. Every guide is written in our own words.

What every guide shows

  • Who must submit, when to submit, the cost, and the official link.
  • A "last checked" date. We update it only after we have actually re-checked the country.

How often we re-check

We review each country regularly and whenever we see news of a rule change.

Corrections

If you find a mistake or an outdated rule, write to raj508sha@gmail.com with the country and the official link that shows the change. We review reports and correct confirmed errors.

Independence

Advertising and affiliate links never decide what we write about the rules. We never charge to fill in or submit a form, and we never collect passport details.
